My Favorite August 22, 2010 Perry R. Puppe Have gotten so used to dribble that I automatically hold my left hand under my mug when taking a sip of coffee and accept the fact that the dog will tip over my coffee mug in the car. Now since I bought my first moJOEmo mug I am having a hard time getting out of the habit of holding my left hand under the mug, doesn't dribble. The dog still tips over the mug in the car, but no spills now as I've gotten in the habit of locking the top after each sip. After a week of using the moJOEmo I ordered another one for my wife and she loves it, long after the coffee pot turns off the coffee is still hot in the mug. Best mug I have ever owned and I've owned a lot of them.
Insulated travel coffee mug July 17, 2010 L. T. Mullen (Angleton TX) I had been looking for a large capacity (20 to 24oz) coffee mug for some time. The selection at the brick and mortar stores is just lousy so I checked online and found the Highwave moJoemo mug. It had the wide bottom that I was looking for and a 22oz capacity. The reviews were good so I decided to buy it. I really like the looks of it and also the fact that it doesn't leak. What really blows me away is how long it keeps coffee hot. I don't know if it will keep coffee hot for the claimed six hours but I know its still so hot after three hours that you can't just gulp it down. I didn't know that was possible as no insulated coffee mug Ive ever used would come close to that. I mainly wanted a wide bottom mug that wouldn't tip over easily that was leak proof and would have been happy with that so the superior insulation quality is a plus. If you like a piping hot cup of java get one of these.
Worked GREAT until the top broke. July 4, 2010 tomminny 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Loved this mug until the button on the top wouldn't work. Then the guts all fell out and rendered it useless. I have only had it 4 months and have treated it well.
I have written to the company to see if I can get a new top for it.
Great replacement for my Nissan Stainless June 18, 2010 W. Burns (Denver, CO USA) I was looking for another Nissan Stainless mug to use at home (it's at work), because it holds 20oz, rather than your typical 16oz. I have 2 Starbucks stainless mugs, but they just didn't keep coffee as hot as my Nissan. It seems the Nissan is no longer available. I have 2 small children, and I really wanted the wide base which makes it harder to tip over.
I have to say I'm very impressed with this mug. I was a little confused by the opening (you push the button in the middle to open, then push the black outer edge to close). Now that I know that, I like the mug more. Closed, it doesn't leak. There's also a second screw on top to make it more leak-and-air-tight. This mug keeps coffee HOT for HOURS. I've come back in the afternoon after 4 hours and still had hot coffee.
Highwave moJOEmo stainless travel mug May 2, 2010 Randy Grossmann The problem with most mugs is that they seem to have no insulation to keep the beverage hot. Many of them are so poorly insulated that their exterior becomes uncomfortably warm. After years of searching for a really good mug I finally found this one which almost all reviewers liked a lot. Based on the reviews I ordered one and found it to even exceed the highly favorable reviews. This is unquestionably the best mug on the market. The exterior stays cool, thus keeping a beverage hot all day. At a 22 oz. capacity it holds enough for all day. The open/close mechanism in the lid works perfectly. The auxiliary screw-on cover is great for mobility. One caveat is that there are some in the "pipeline" with defective insulation which allows the beverage to cool quickly. After liking the first one so well, I ordered a second one which had this problem. I contacted the company and they were extremely responsive at getting another non-defective one to me. I subsequently ordered a third one and it was just fine.
